| General Acceptance Conditions
We make every effort with the accuracy in pricing
on our web site. In the unlikely event of a mistake we will inform
you as soon as it is discovered. We will then offer you the choice
of re-ordering or a full and immediate refund. Please note that
we will not be responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors
and reserve the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.
Delivery
We do our very best to deliver your appliances
in perfect condition. Unfortunately on some occasions things may
get damaged. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE MACHINES ARE
INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. EVEN IF THE PACKAGING APPEARS
TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION, PLEASE CHECK THE GOODS AS THEY CAN BE
DAMAGED BEFORE LEAVING THE FACTORY. DO NOT SIGN THE DELIVERY
NOTE UNTIL THE GOODS HAVE BEEN CHECKED THOROUGHLY. Signing
the delivery note as ‘unchecked’ or ‘unexamined’
is still an acceptance of the goods. In the unlikely event of damage
it will speed a replacement if the goods are refused. If you are
unable to inspect goods on delivery sign as unexamined. PLEASE REPORT
ANY DAMAGES TO US BY PHONE WITHIN 2 DAYS. Naturally
we are unable to accept liability for damages or errors if the goods
have been installed.
It is recommended that you do not arrange for
your fitters until the appliances have arrived and been thoroughly
checked.
All delivery times quoted are estimated and subject
to availability - appliances in stock are normally delivered within
the quoted time, and for some brands on a given day as detailed
when ordering, but occasionally circumstances beyond our control,
and that of the supplier(s), may extend the delivery period.
Your Right of Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel from the date of order until 7
working days after you received the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations. This needs to be confirmed to us in writing by Letter, Email or Fax.
Returns
Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure
that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned
to RTD in an unused and as new condition complete with its original
packaging. You will need to pay the cost of returning goods and
this is non-refundable. RTD will refund the purchase price of the
goods within 30 days of the cancellation.
