How Does your Price
Match policy work?
Our pricing policy is such that we feel our prices are
amongst the lowest to be found anywhere in the UK. If you find the
same item at a lower price, we will always attempt a price match.
We match on a like-for-like basis - product price including both
VAT and delivery, as most of our products are delivered free. Many
of our competitors do not include delivery in their price but do
not make this clear until the checkout process begins - we are more
than happy to check for you should you need us to, and advise of
their cost for a seemingly less expensive product. All our prices
include VAT, and standard delivery is £30 .
Can you price match after I've placed an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to match prices after an order has been placed since the purchase price has been agreed by both you as the customer and ourselves as the supplier. This also protects you against any price increases that may occur before you receive your goods.
What charges are
there for delivery, and how is it arranged?
Standard deliveries cost £30. A standard delivery is a delivery
to a UK mainland address to the ground floor.
Deliveries to addresses that cannot meet this description
may be subject to an additional charge depending on the location,
difficulty of access and the manufacturer's own policies - please
state any access difficulties on order, no matter how insignificant,
and we will be more than happy to confirm the access details with
the manufacturer and their delivery agent(s) for you.
For some brands, delivery dates can be advised
by us when the order is confirmed. For all other brands, the delivery
agent will contact you directly when they are ready to deliver -
an estimated delivery period is shown at the top of each brand page,
and is naturally subject to stock availability - if you need to
check specific items please contact us.
We will always do our best to accommodate any specific
date requests you may have, and you are always able to specify a
forward date beyond the normal delivery period. This is especially
useful if you do not want your appliances to arrive until you are
ready to install them, for example if your kitchen is being replaced.
It should be noted, however, that we cannot
offer a timed delivery service. All manufacturers are extremely
busy with deliveries during the day and cannot pin down a time slot
for delivery. Some delivery companies may advise an approximate
time of delivery, and this should be taken as an approximate time
only, as traffic delays and delivery problems can delay the driver.
Can I have my new appliance connected
when it is delivered?
The cost of all our appliances exclude connection, with
the exception of Maytag, Admiral, and Amana refrigeration units
with ice and water dispensers - these will be connected providing
your electrical and plumbing services are within 1.5 metres of the
appliance. Some manufacturers offer a connection service for a small
additional charge, which must be requested on order - please contact
us for more details.
There is no installation service for built in appliances.
The installation of built in appliances will need to be arranged
by yourself with a local tradesman. For gas appliances, please use

Can I have my old appliance
taken away when the new one is delivered?
For a small charge, your old
machine can be collected when we deliver your new one. The following
brands will collect your old machines:
- AEG
- Bosch
- Electrolux
- Neff

- Servis
- Siemens
- Tricity Bendix
- Zanussi

It doesn't matter what condition they're in, as
long as they've been disconnected and are ready to go!
You can have more than one machine picked up on
collection, providing you are having the same amount of appliances
being delivered - e.g. we can pick up an oven and hob if you are
having an oven and hob delivered. We cannot take a machine that
is of different type to that being delivered - i.e. we cannot pickup
a microwave if you are having an oven delivered, we cannot pickup
a tumble dryer if we're delivering a washing machine etc. It is
strictly like-for-like.
In accordance with EU rules, we are unable to offer
collection of old refrigeration appliances - this includes fridges,
freezers, fridge freezers, wine coolers and chest freezers.
Appliance removal MUST be requested at time of
order as it cannot be added to your order afterwards.
Your prices are very good - are all your
products brand new?
All our machines are brand new. We do not sell “graded”
(second hand) appliances. They are all supplied with the manufacturer's
full warranty that can be extended for up to five years in most
cases. Most appliances are delivered by the manufacturers themselves.
We will be only too pleased to unpack the appliances for your inspection
on delivery; in fact we encourage you to do so to ensure your goods
reach you in perfect condition.
